Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical enzyme catalysis technology platform uses biocatalysts (enzymes or enzyme-containing organisms) to catalyze the synthesis of drugs and intermediates。

In 2010, the company began to lay out biocatalysis, and has possessed the equipment conditions and technical capabilities for the customized development and molecular modification of enzymes, enzyme library screening, enzyme preparation, enzyme catalytic process development and application, and can provide customers with products and technical services related to enzyme catalyzed synthesis of drugs and intermediates。

Application of enzyme catalysis technology platform

●  Customized enzyme development, according to the synthesis route of the project to customize the development of needed enzymes for catalytic reactions;

●  Own enzyme library and enzyme screening, has established more than 400 different types of enzyme library, including keto reductase, aminotransferase, hydrolase, alkene reductase, imine reductase, monoamine oxidase, etc. The number of enzymes in the enzyme library will continue to increase, which can be used for screening of different types of projects;

●  Molecular modification and directed evolution of enzymes, enzyme molecular modification through random mutation (such as error-prone PCR) and site-specific mutation and other directed evolution methods to improve catalytic performance (selectivity and catalytic activity), two enzyme molecular modification has made significant progress, namely, ketone reductase and ene reductase;

●  Enzyme preparation, development and optimization of enzyme preparation process, preparation of different enzyme preparations including enzyme liquid, enzyme powder and immobilized enzyme, the laboratory can prepare kg enzyme liquid and 100g enzyme powder, enzyme preparation factory can prepare ton enzyme liquid and 100kg enzyme powder;
